Eva es actriz, bailarina, creadora y directora de artes vivas nacida en España. Actualmente reside entre España y México. Comienza su formación de actriz en 2013 en Madrid, con la compañía de teatro profesional ‘Grumelot’ y, en esta misma ciudad, se forma como bailarina en Scaena. Posteriormente, se muda a Londres, donde continúa su formación en varias instituciones internacionales como la Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, el Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance y, en su período en Australia, en NIDA (Sydney). Durante su estancia en Londres, se gradúa en el Rose Bruford College con un BA (Hons) en European Theatre Arts, que combina con un BA en Drama en KASK (Bélgica). También cabe destacar su formación en talleres especializados con instituciones y artistas como P.A.R.T.S. (Anne Teresa de Keersmaeker), Poliana Lima, Femke Gyselinck, Lucas Condró, Boyzie Cekwana, Álvaro Frutos, Jose Juan Rodríguez, Carlos Aladro, A Tres Bandes, Jamie Wood, Joe Manjón y María Ripoll.

Miembro fundador de “Yellow Collective” desde 2015, donde co-dirige, idea y realiza “THE LIGHTS”, espectáculo en colaboración con María Pizarro-Pérez, que se estrena en Madrid en el Festival Imparables, en 2016. Eva también crea, realiza y co-dirige “P.A.T.S.”, con la colaboración del director sueco Johan Bark, estrenándose en Londres en The Lighthouse Sharing en 2017. Con este mismo espectáculo, “P.A.T.S.”, realiza una gira por Europa en festivales como Dreams Before Dawn en París, el Festival Internacional de Teatro de Setúbal en Portugal, el Festival Camden Fringe de Londres y el Birmingham Fest en Birmingham. En 2018, Eva crea, dirige y ejecuta “WE DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DANCE”, en coproducción con el teatro ‘Het Entrepot’ de Brujas, en colaboración con La real Academia de Bellas Artes (KASK) y con el apoyo de la compañía Les Ballets C de la B. Se estrena en mayo de ese mismo año en Het Entrepot, como parte de Double Bill Night, representándose también en el Wiedauwkaai en Gante y después se reestrenó en Portugal en co-producción con el Festival Internacional de Teatro de Setúbal en Portugal.

El trabajo profesional más reciente que ha realizado como performer, ha sido en proyectos como: Desparecer el cuerpo para que aparezca lo animal de La Señorita Blanco, Metrópoli y Ficciones de Cuerpo de Guardia y dirigido por Sleepwalk Collective y Poliana respectivamente (Conde Duque, ‘Guerrilla’ de El Conde de Torrefiel (Vooruit, Gante); ‘I | Movement’ de Bozie Cekwana (Just a Good Program Festival en Gante); ‘Le Sacre du Printemps’ de Les Ballets C de la B (Dag van de Dans en Gante); ‘Mourning After’ de Elena Van Leuven (Festival Fringe de Ámsterdam, Tinnenpot Theater en Gante, Festival Imparables en en Madrid y Gemaakt Festival en Maastricht); y ‘Kunstenaarsestafette’ de Wuivendriet (TumultinGent 6 – Kunstenfestival en Gante).

Eva is a Spanish performer, theatre maker and director, currently in between Spain and México. She started her training back in 2013 with professional theatre company ‘Grumelot’ in Madrid (Spain), where she also trained as a dancer at Scaena. Afterwards, she moved to London where she continued her training at several international institutions such as Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance and National Institute of Dramatic Art (Sydney). Finally, on 2016 she gets offered a place at Rose Bruford College to study a BA (Hons) in European Theatre Arts, which she combined with the BA in Drama at KASK, in Belgium. *Workshops with Femke Gyselinck, Lucas Condro, Boyzie Cekwana, Alvaro Frutos, Carlos Aladro and María Ripoll.

Founder member of ‘Yellow Collective’ since 2015, in which she has co-directed, devised and performed the show ‘THE LIGHTS’ in collaboration with María Pizarro-Pérez. THE LIGHTS was premiered in Madrid at Imparables Festival on 2016. Eva also created, performed and co-directed P.A.T.S. in collaboration with Swedish director Johan Bark, which was premiered in London at The Lighthouse Sharing on 2017 and toured around Europe at festivals such as Dreams Before Dawn in Paris, Setubal’s International Theater Festival in Portugal, Camden Fringe in London and Birmingham Fest in Birmingham. Furthermore, on 2018 Eva created, directed and performed ‘WE DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DANCE’ with the support of  ‘Het Entrepot’ and in collaboration with C de la B. It was premiered in May at Het Entrepôt as part of the Double Bill Night and performed at the Wiedauwkaai in Ghent and Setubal’s International Theater Festival in Portugal afterwards.

The most recent professional work she has partaken in was as a performer in projects such as ‘Desaparecer el cuerpo para que aparezca lo animal’ de La Señorita Balnco, ‘Ficciones’ by Cuerpo de Guardia and directed by Poliana Lima, ‘Metrópoli’ by  Cuerpo de Guardia, directed by Sleepwalk Collective, Guerrilla by El Conde de Torrefiel (Vooruit, Ghent), ‘I | Movement’ by Bozie Cekwana (Just a Good Program Festival in Ghent), ‘Le Sacre du Printemps’ by Le Ballets C de la B (Dag van de Dans in Gent), Mourning After by Elena Van Leuven (Amsterdam Fringe, Tinnenpot Theatre in Ghent, Imparables Festival in Madrid & Gemaakt Festival in Maastricht) and Kunstenaarsestafette by Wuivendriet (TumultinGent 6 – Kunstenfestival in Ghent).
